Bellevue Place Planning and Listed Building Consent achieved

After some last minute revisions requested by Tower Hamlets My Architect successfully achieved full planning and listed building consent for extension works to a listed cottage in this conservation area. The design is based upon creating a modern highly glazed side return opening the house up onto the garden, contrasting with a more traditional vernacular shiplap timber clad first floor element providing an extra bedroom.
