Tom joined the practice September 2006 after achieving a first class honours degree at Oxford Brookes and working at Stanton Williams architects where he worked on a variety of commercial, residential and cultural projects. Tom completed his diploma at Westminster, attaining a distinction and winning the Sir Bannister Fletcher Prize.
