My Architect is a division of HUT www.hutarchitecture.com award-winning architects, specializing in residential projects.
We offer a concise range of professional services to make your project more functional, beautiful and affordable. Depending upon the complexity and value of your project you can appoint us on a stage by stage basis as follows:
Stage 1 - Feasibility Study; an ideas-based exercise where we sketch up a range of proposals based upon your brief.
Stage 2 - Design & Planning; development of proposals into 1:50 scale CAD drawings sufficient for Planning / Permitted Development.
Stage 3 - Construction Information; development of Planning drawings into more detailed 1:20 scale construction details.
Stage 4 - Works on Site; monitoring the construction and administering a contract with your chosen builder.
